Flower of the Day: VINCA ROSEA/PERIWINKLE/SADABAHAR  

My today’s entry is an old world aromatic evergreen shrub  known as Vince Rosea, Periwrinkle or Sadabahar which requires least maintainance and can be cultivated worldwide. Used for both ornamental and medicinal purposes. 

 Height upto 3m and has glossy green leaves. Commonly used in the treatment of wide range of diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, colds, eye irritations and infections.
