Food evokes all the senses: the scent of pastry baking, the sound of a fork clinking on a plate… Enjoy this story about pie which transports me back to childhood.
Thanksgiving memories so rich
Across a joyous bewitch
Luscious fluffy pastry: Smell
of freshly baked apple pie, dwell
into grandma’s spices, nuts
slices of apples with some cheese
Munch the floor, mix some herbs

Grandmas are favorites when it comes to food…yours is being missed ?
Yes, we three sisters miss her so much. She was very lovely and most affectionate person in the family and a great cook.
