GREEN CHILLI BENEFITS

Now that we all know that Green chillies are rich in vitamins A, B6, and C, antioxidants, calcium, zinc, and iron. In other words it works wonders for our skin, eyes, heart, lungs, digestion, immunity, and bones. It is not a bad idea to include green chillies in your diet but do you know it is very easy to grow it in a pot ? Yea, not that difficult.

You just need a pot with good clay with manure mixed to it, some seeds and water, voila ! You are all set to grow it in a pot. It needs sunlight but preferably kept in a shade. I keep it in partially sunlight. It takes two to three months to get shining, tender chillies. Avoid over watering the plant.

Not many know that green chillies are rich in dietary fibre, which is important for a healthy digestive system. Here are other health benefits of eating the green chilli. Like it takes care of your skin in keeping it glowing and healthy. It also helps in easy digestion, due to Vitamin C properties. Also helps in weight loss as it burns the excess fats of the body, increase the metabolism.

Not to forget that it is a boon for people suffering from diabetes. They must include green chillies in their diet because it can take care of the increased sugar level and can further help in creating a balance in the body. I have recently read about these benefits in articles so kind of inspired to grow them for more reasons otherwise I only used to grow it for a necessary ingredient for my Indian food.
