Let me learn the art

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “The Language of Things.”

You have to write a message to someone dear to you, telling that person how much he/she means to you. However — instead of words, you can only use 5-10 objects to convey your emotions. Which objects do you choose, and what do they mean?images

I wish I could use things to convey my emotions

However I will try today to find out the solutions

Flowers to express my love for my sweetheart

Sumptuous food to make my way to his heart

Wine to toast and celebrate the togetherness

Music to feel the romance in the air, its essence

A heart shaped cake to add some more sweetness

A guitar to play favorite, melodious numbers

Candles, orchids, red roses to form in arrangements

A silk tie would be a perfect gift for him

My man will be floored for sure, I know him.

    1. Oh yeah ! I am a romantic person, I see romance in the air, flowers, streams….literally everything around us is so romantic. Its we, the busy souls cannot feel it most of the times 🙂

  1. Nice list of items, which you really do know the way to your husband’s heart (and stomach…) This was sweet and nicely written, with not just things but imagination and emotion added. Your love for him ‘shines’ through in your choices. Hugs, Robin
